Suzanne Lollback

Suzanne is the President and newsletter editor of the Australian Plants Society Alice Springs. She has had a lifetime interest in native plants and has explored the flora wherever she has lived. When living in Lithgow NSW, Suzanne researched, wrote and produced the comprehensive field guide Native Plants Hassans Walls Reserve and Lithgow Surrounds, which has over 450 plants featured. Now retired in Mparntwe Alice Springs (where she has lived, in total, for over 14 years), she devotes most of her time to being an ‘amateur botanist’. She is an active flora photographer, artist and publisher and volunteers at the Northern Territory Herbarium Alice Springs helping to sort flora images and at Newhaven Wildlife Sanctuary where she keeps the herbarium up to date.
